Some multinational companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Nortel, Avaya, Siemens, IBM, seem to try to corner the market introducing different brand-new solutions. Through the following video I just want to show you an example of a concrete UC implementation, the solution presented by IBM at VoiceCon Orlando 2009.
